Right to Access Information and Reuse of Information
Based on Article 1, paragraph 1 of the Right to Access Information Act (Official Gazette No. 25/13), the right to access information is regulated for individuals and legal entities through openness and public activities of public authorities.
The right to access information and reuse of information includes the user's right to request and obtain information as well as the obligation of public authorities to allow access to the requested information, or to publish information independently of the submitted request when such publication arises from an obligation prescribed by law or other regulation.
The right to access information and reuse of information is regulated and exercised in accordance with the Right to Access Information Act (Official Gazette No. 25/13). The Act prescribes the principles of the right to access information and reuse of information, restrictions on the right to access information and reuse of information, and the procedure for exercising and protecting the right to access information and reuse of information.
Information Officer
Savičenta d.o.o. informs the public through the official website with documents and information it possesses that are publicly available in electronic form and can be accessed without submitting a special request, and access to all other information and documents is achieved by submitting an oral or written request.
The right to access information and reuse of information is exercised by submitting a request to the information officer of Savičenta d.o.o. in the following possible ways:

- in person at the address: Savičenta d.o.o, Svetvinčenat 20, 52 342 Svetvinčenat, using the form "Request for Access to Information / Request for Supplement or Correction of Information / Request for Reuse of Information" on working days from 08:00 to 15:00.
The applicant is not required to state the reasons for requesting access to information in accordance with Article 18 of the Right to Access Information Act.
Compensation for Material Costs
Savičenta d.o.o. has the right to compensation for actual material costs. The user of the right to information, who has been granted access to the information, will be charged the actual material costs incurred by providing the information in accordance with the amount of compensation for actual material costs (including VAT) specified in Article 19 of the Right to Access Information Act.
The costs of delivering information are calculated according to the valid postal service price list. For reasons of economy, the user of the right to access information does not pay the actual material costs incurred by providing the information if these do not exceed the amount of 10.00 kuna.
Based on an oral or written request for the right to access information, Savičenta d.o.o. will respond within the legal deadline of 15 days from the date of submission of a proper request.
Exceptions to the Right to Access Information
Savičenta d.o.o. will deny access to information if the information is classified as confidential in accordance with the law and/or general act adopted based on the law regulating data confidentiality or is protected by the law governing the field of personal data protection.
Savičenta d.o.o. will deny access to information if there are grounds to believe that its disclosure would:
- prevent the effective, independent and impartial conduct of judicial, administrative, or other legally regulated proceedings, the execution of court decisions or penalties,
- prevent the work of bodies performing administrative supervision, or supervision of legality,
- violate intellectual property rights, except in cases of explicit written consent of the author or owner.
Savičenta d.o.o. will deny access to information concerning all procedures conducted by competent authorities in pre-investigative and investigative actions during the duration of these procedures.
The requested information will be available to the public once the reasons for denying the right to access the information cease to exist.
