Organizer: the organizer of the event can also be a third party, in case the event is held in the premises of Kaštela Morosini-Grimani or the Visitor Center "House of the Witch Mare".
Buyer: a person who buys a ticket or goods at Savičenta d.o.o. points of sale.
A user or end user is any person who in any way directly or indirectly uses or has used the services on the website www.grimanicastle.com (hereinafter: the website).
Contractual relationship: the purchase of tickets or goods represents the beginning of a contractual relationship between the buyer and the seller.
Liability
When visiting and staying in Kaštel Morosini-Grimani and House of the Witch Mara, the visitor uses and stays in all premises at his own risk, and is fully responsible for any possible injuries or unforeseen circumstances caused by his carelessness.
Trade company Savičenta d.o.o. is not responsible for any injury, death, loss or expense due to its own or any third party's negligence, sickness, weather, strikes, Government Acts, acts of terrorism, criminal acts, war, quarantine, force majeure or any other cause beyond his control. All such risk, loss and expense must be borne by the client.
Collaboration with third parties
Cooperation with third parties will be regulated by a contract signed by both parties.
Entry of animals
Dogs on a leash are allowed to enter the courtyard of the Morosini-Grimani castle.
Dogs and other animals are not allowed to enter the interior spaces or access the contents of the castle, as well as the House of the Witch Mara.
