The right to access and reuse information
Based on Article 1, Paragraph 1, of the Law on the Right to Access to Information (Official Gazette, No. 25/13, 85/15, 69/22), the right to access information for natural and legal persons is regulated through the openness and publicity of the actions of public authorities. .
The right to access information and reuse information includes the user's right to request and obtain information, as well as the obligation of the public authority to provide access to the requested information, i.e. to publish information regardless of the request when such publication results from an obligation determined by law or other regulation.
The right to access information and reuse information is regulated and exercised in accordance with the Law on the right to access information (Official Gazette, No. 25/13, 85/15, 69/22). The law prescribes the principles of the right to access information and reuse of information, limitations of the right to access information and reuse of information, the procedure for exercising and protecting the right to access information and reuse of information.
Information Officer
Savičenta d.o.o. informs the public through the official website of the documents and information it possesses and which are publicly available in electronic form and can be accessed without making a special request, and access to all other information and documents is achieved by submitting an oral or written request.
The right to access and reuse information is exercised by submitting a request to the information officer of Savičenta d.o.o. in the following possible ways:

3. by mail to the address: Savičenta d.o.o., Svetvinčenat 20, 52 342 Svetvinčenat, on the form Request for access to information / Request for addition or correction of information / Request for reuse of information
4. in person to the address: Savičenta d.o.o., Svetvinčenat 20, 52 342 Svetvinčenat, on the form Request for access to information / Request for addition or correction of information / Request for reuse of information on weekdays from 08:00 to 15:00.
The applicant is not obliged to state the reasons for requesting access to information in accordance with Article 18 of the Law on the Right to Access to Information.
Compensation for material costs
Savičenta d.o.o. has the right to compensation for actual material costs. The user of the right to information, who is granted access to the information, will be charged for the actual material costs incurred by providing the information in accordance with the amount of compensation for the actual material costs (including VAT) determined by Article 19. Fee for access to information from the Law on the Right to Access to Information and Amendments to the Criteria for determining the amount of compensation for actual material costs and the costs of providing information (Official Gazette 141/2022).
Based on an oral or written request for the right to access information from Savičenta d.o.o. will forward the answer within the legal term of 15 days from the date of submission of the formal request.
Exceptions to the right of access to information
Savičenta d.o.o. will deny access to information if the information is classified by the level of secrecy in accordance with the law and/or a general act passed on the basis of the law prescribing data confidentiality or is protected by the law regulating the area of personal data protection.
Savičenta d.o.o. will deny access to information if there are grounds for suspicion that its publication would:
1. made it impossible to conduct an efficient, independent and impartial judicial, administrative or other legally regulated procedure, the execution of a court decision or sentence,
2. prevented the work of bodies that perform administrative supervision, i.e. supervision of legality,
3. violated the right of intellectual property, except in the case of express written consent of the author or owner.
Savičenta d.o.o. will deny access to information regarding all procedures conducted by the competent authorities in pre-investigation and investigative actions for the duration of those procedures.
