According to the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer can submit a written complaint by mail or electronic mail. To all remarks and objections of Savičenta d.o.o. will respond within a maximum of 15 days from receiving the objection or remark.

Savicenta d.o.o. strives to resolve disputes, remarks and objections peacefully to the best of its ability.
In the complaint, the buyer must provide his contact information (name and surname, address, telephone number or email address) and an accurate description of the event / complaint. The seller undertakes to treat all complaints seriously and to make every effort to find a satisfactory solution for all parties involved. The seller will resolve the complaints within fourteen days from the receipt of the written complaint from the customer.
Within this period, the Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with a written or oral response to the submitted complaint.
