Ticket security

Tickets may not be misused, copied or altered. Coupons / receipts may not be copied or forwarded. One ticket is valid only for the first entrance to the event / performance, which means that only the first ticket accepted with its identification is valid. All subsequent tickets with the same identification are automatically invalid. By using the authorized ticket, the Customer accepts the General Conditions of the Event Organizer and the rules of the institution where the event is held.

Validity of tickets

Tickets for visiting Morosini-Grimani Kastel, the Witch House of Mara and events, as well as tickets for the Escape Castle game purchased during online sales, are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. One ticket is only valid for a single entry or for one run of the Escape Castle game.
