Payment terms and security

All payments will be made in Croatian currency. The amount charged to your credit card account is converted to your local currency at the credit card association's exchange rate. The customer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of purchase (submitting an online order). The customer is informed about the General Terms and Conditions by submitting each order, and by submitting the order, he confirms that he is familiar with these terms.

Safety of online payments

Savicenta d.o.o. (point of sale) uses WSPay for online payments. WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides customers and merchants with secure entry and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data.

Methods of payment

The following payment options are currently available to users/customers via the customer's online store: • Payment and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa...) In addition to basic information on payment and credit cards (card number, validity and CVC code), During the payment process, the customer must also enter the CVC code - the last three- or four-digit number on the back of the bank card on the panel used for the cardholder's signature. WARNING: When paying with credit cards, the payment is made on the website of the payment gateway: WSPay. All payment conditions and security protocols are determined and implemented by the individual bank. Payment methods are determined and specified during the purchase process.

Errors during purchase

In the event that the browser issues an error message during the purchase, or if other apparent problems occur during the purchase, the customer must first verify the procedures before attempting to resubmit. If no confirmation is recorded for the desired event, the transaction has not been executed.

Online ticket purchase is irrevocable

Before confirming the "Payment", the buyer is obliged to carefully check all the information about the purchase (date and amount of purchase, event, performance title, seat number, etc.). After purchasing tickets, which are executed in the online store immediately after clicking on "Payment", changes to the purchase or cancellation of the purchase are no longer possible. If you are unable to arrive for the scheduled time, we do not refund the money for the already purchased ticket, but in that case it is possible to extend the duration of the ticket when it comes to tickets for visiting the castle Morosini - Grimani, the House of the Witch Mara and the Escape Castle game.

Statement on protection of personal data transfer

Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679-Regulation and Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation

WSPay, as an executor of credit card authorization and collection, handles personal data in its capacity as a processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on protect registration and data transfer.

WSPay uses the SSL certificate of 256 bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data.

Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and billing, i.e. to fulfill obligations from the Agreement or based on the Agreement, are considered confidential data.

For the execution of the Agreement (authorization and billing), the following personal data of the customer are required:

• Country
• Card type
• Card number
• Card validity period
• CVV card code

WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purposes of executing the authorization contract and billing.

WSPay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions specified by the current regulations on the protection of personal data for the executors of personal data processing, and in particular the taking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
